Financial aid registration deadline: Last day for students to register fulltime in order to ensure fellowship payment during the first week of classes.

August 4

Deadline for filing readmission and last day for nonmatriculated and auditor students to file an application for Fall 2025 .

August 18

Registration begins for newly admitted matriculated students at 9:30 a.m.

Last day to apply for leave of absence for Fall 2025.

Last day to file ePermit request.

August 21

Registration begins for non-degree and permit students.

August 25

Last day to drop a course with 100% refund.

August 26

First day of classes for the Fall 2025 semester

All students who register on or after this day must pay tuition and fees in full at this time, including a $25 late registration fee.

Students making adjustment to an already existing enrollment on or after this day will be assessed an $18 program adjustment fee.

75% Refund Period begins.

“SWAP,” don’t drop when adjusting your class schedule (remember that there is an $18 adjustment fee for all changes).

September 1

Last day to register for Fall 2025 courses without permission.

Last day to drop a course with 75% refund.

September 2

Last day to submit intent to deposit a dissertation, thesis, or capstone project for a September 2025 degree.

50% Refund Period begins.

September 8

Last day to drop a course with 50% refund.

September 9

25% Refund Period begins.

September 15

Last day to drop a course for 25% tuition refund.

Deadline for level changes.

Last day to deposit dissertation or thesis for a September 30, 2025 degree.

Last day to drop a course without a grade of “W” appearing on your transcript

Last day to add a course with special permission .

A grade of “W” will be assigned to students who officially withdraw from a course.
